It's been a while!
And in the meantime, my computer crashed and I lost everything.
Lucky for me, my warranty covered the repairs.
So I got it completely fixed (which is awesome because I am operating on the newest system available. I got a new keyboard, and luckily I had everything backed up. It just takes some getting used to.
Now I'm feeling a bit queasy after eating a mustard sandwich (because I have absolutely no food in my posession)
BUT.
Last night I met the president of my favorite cigar brand Tim Ozgener of CAO cigars. He came to the Golden Leaf in St. Paul to give a talk about CAO's newest cigar the LX2.
I was the ONLY FEMALE PARTAKING IN SMOKING THERE.
But it was cool, we got a free book on cigars with a great forward by Tim Ozgener himself and we got a tasting sampler for the LX2, which was comprised of the LX2 itself, and three small cigars that made up each single component of the three different tobaccos used in the LX2, the wrapper, and the two married fillers.
I learned a lot, and got to smoke some great cigars too!
I also recently went up to my cabin, where the weather was fantastic, the ticks and mosquitoes were bad, and the company was irreplaceable. Ben came up for the first time and it was amazing. We both got swimmer's itch though. That sucked.
My sister Abbe and her husband Micah came up too followed by my Mum and little brother David.
Abbe and Micah brought their pug Gus along.
Only Ben can tame him.
